3.  What is a "Course Provider"?

 * A "Course Provider" can add unlimited training resources (courses, workshops, seminars, venues & services) to the database of Training Directory SA™ and and pays only a yearly subscription fee of R480.00 to be listed on the website. See "Pricing" page.


4. What is a "Banner Advertisement"?

* Banner Advertisement is a highly cost effective method of introducing your company and resources to potential customers. To submit a banner advertisement you do not need to register as a course provider. You only pay for the banner advertisement placement of which the information can be viewed at the top of the home page as "Advertise on TDSA".


 5. I am a Course  Provider and would like to register with Training Directory SA™ network?

* Click onto Training Directory SA
Listing apply now! on the right hand side of the front page.

* Complete the User Registration Form.
* Follow the easy payment steps provided.

6. Will I be able to add or edit my company profile as Course Provider?
* Yes, simply login with your username and password. Click the "Update My Profile" option and add or edit your company profile course, venue and service listings.

 

7. Can a password be changed on a later stage?

* Yes, simply login with your username and password. Click the "Update My Pofile" option and change your password.

8. What if I as Course Provider forgot or lost my password?
* 
Just go to the home page and click on the 'Reset Password'. Enter the email address you used in your registration, and you will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.                                                                                  

9. I forgot my username - What do I do?

Just send us an email at info@trainingdirectorysa.co.za and we will contact you to verify the necessary registration details etc

No, you don't need to register to browse training resources.

11. How do I find a training venue?

* You can search venues by keyword in the search engine on the home page.

* or, you can type in the venue at 'Find a Venue' on the left hand side of the home page.

* or, you can search by click on 'All Providers' on the home page.

 

12. What is a booking?

* A booking is a request for a course or a training venue of which you have a strong interest. The course provider will contact you direct about availablity and payment requirements. The booking is only binding when both parties agree on a contract.

 

13. What is a price list request?

* A price list request, is a request for the cost of a particular course or training venue. The course provider will contact you or send you an information package.

 

14. What is a prospectus request?

* A prospectus request, is a request for more information on a particular course. The course provider will contact you or send you an information package.

 

15. How do i know if a course or training venue is available?

* It is the course provider's responsibility to maintain his online portfolio. As soon as a course is unavailable it should be deleted from the list of listings. The course provider will contact you after a booking and provide you with details or alternatives.

 

16. How do I pay for a course or training venue?

* You pay for a course on the course provider’s terms.

 

17. Who do I pay for a course or training venue?

* You pay the course provider directly.

 

18. How do I cancel a booking?

* You cancel a course or training venue on the provider’s terms of service.

 

19. How do I submit a banner advertisement to Training Directory SA

To submit a banner advertisement on the Training Directory SAwebsite simply click on 'Advertise on TDSA' and follow the necessary information and guidelines.  

 

20. What is the cost of a banner advertisement on the website of Training Directory SA?
