This Industrial Relations Course is designed to enable delegates to deal with their role on the Employment Equity advisory committee. It will lead delegates through the requirements of Employment Equity Regulations and what will be expected of them in their function as EE committee members.
This course will enable learners to:
• Participate in the implementation and development of Employment Equity plans.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders regarding employment equity policies.
• Contribute to the monitoring and evaluating of Employment Equity plans.
• Assist management in identifying key barriers to implement employment equity targets for transformation.
• Provide effective input to management regarding the success of the Employment Equity plan.

Public Courses: The public courses are presented at our various branches across the country. They ensure that organisations with fewer than ten learners, that require training, can also benefit from the training programmes. These courses are presented to groups of 5-10 employees, this ensures individual attention. The courses have the additional benefit of exposing the learner to various industries and the employment law challenges they face.
Training Courses: We offer all our training programmes at the clients premises or any other agreed venue. The training can be provided on a national basis and is usually presented when 8 or more employees require the same training. This saves the client travel, accommodation costs and expense allowances. The in-house training is customised to suit the needs of the client in respect of the content and the duration of the course and is done in line with LabourNet's vision of affordability. The number of trainees are restricted to ensure a high degree of practice and participation. Feedback reports can be submitted on request to assess the development and understanding of each delegate during the training.
