Course Description

This course is built on the client’s particular Vision, Mission, Values and Customer Service Philosophy. It aims to build a sound understanding of your particular company’s purpose and aspirations and how they relate to Getting It Right with customers every time. The course provides core customer service skills including an analysis of what customers want and how to deliver ‘WOW’ experiences. Key skills in delivering customer service over the telephone, face-to-face and via email are also covered and delegates are equipped with training in how to handle difficult and angry customers.
