This boot camp is designed to get you hands-on with the primary social media tools, and grounded in the basics of socially networked marketing.
You will develop practical competencies and essential insights into how the tools work and what you can do with them.

This up-to-date workshop is driven by exercises, so bring your laptop or pad computer. During the course of this intensive day you will:

• Create a branded YouTube channel and playlists
• Collate content from all over the web
• Place videos in your blog
• Build branded Pages on Facebook and Google+
• Create a custom Welcome tab (“fan-gate”) on your Page
• Stream your YouTube playlists to a video tab on your Facebook Page
• Build a company page on LinkedIn
• Create a Twitter account
• Identify the important social influencers among bloggers and tweeters
• Pull your tweets into a dedicated frame in your blog
• Place Like and +1 buttons on your blog
• Leverage social sharing services
• Benchmark your (and your competitors’) online reputations
• Implement a social media management tool
